Required Deposit $100:
Due when contract is signed and date is booked. Deposits will be subtracted from the total bill after the completion of all functions and NO DAMAGES occur during the function.
Room schedule is tentative and not guaranteed until deposit is received.
No food may be brought in , with the exception of a store bought cake/dessert.
Cancellation if scheduled function within 21 calendar days of scheduled event will result in loss of deposit.
All parties are in a max of 5 hours blocks. All events must be done by 10pm Sun-Thurs and 11pm Friday/Saturday. No beverage may be brought in. Person’s under the age of 21 are strictly prohibited unless accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
$100 Room Fee. All events must have a bartender.
All parties subject to 5.5% sales tax.
$500 additional fee
18% food service fee will be added to all party food. Gratuity for the bartender is not on the bill, but is suggested to be 18% of beverage. $500 minimum on certain holidays. 21 days cancellation will result in loss of deposit. Minimum of $350 spent on food and beverage to use room. No food except for cake is allowed to be brought in.
