Date of Event
Required Deposit $100: Due when contract is signed and date is booked. Deposits will be subtracted from the total bill after the completion of all functions and NO DAMAGES OCCUR DURING THE FUNCTION.
Room schedule is tentative and not guaranteed until deposit is received.
Cancellations: cancellation if scheduled function within 21 calendar days of scheduled event will result in loss of deposit.
Beverage Policy: All parties must be done at midnight. No beverage may be brought in. Person's under the age of 21 are strictly prohibited unless accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
Staffing Fee: $75 per bartender. All events must have a bartender.
Tax: All parties subject to 5.5% sales tax.
Gratuity: 18% food service fee will be added to all party food. Gratuity for the bartender is not on the bill, but is suggested to be 18% of beverage. $500 minimum on certain holidays. 21 days cancellation will result in loss of deposit. Monday-Thursday $50 room charge waived if $250 spent on food and beverage. Friday & Saturday minimum of $350 spent on food and beverage to use room. No food except for cake is allowed to be brought in.
